## How it works
- The conversation is free. Tell me what you are working on and I will tell you how I would fix it.
- Projects. Most start at $1,500. A written plan with a price before any work begins, half up front. Scope changes are priced in writing before they run.
- Care plans. From $300 a month. I keep what I built running, check it on a schedule, and answer when something breaks.

- A delivery pay application for a logistics subcontractor. Replaced a manual spreadsheet payroll process. The client runs the business on it every day.

## About
Fourteen years in enterprise IT at Apple, Yale University, Yale New Haven Hospital, Travelers, Disney/ESPN, Raytheon, Netflix, and Kuehne + Nagel. Part-time director of technology and AI for a regional executive network. Builds with AI tools daily and personally checks every piece before it ships.
